Do you sleep in room with air conditioner? or just with fan?
Do you eat or drink something before go to sleep?
Do you listen music while sleeping?
For me, i prefer to sleep in the room with air conditioner, and listening mp3. When i wake up, i always find my headset already removed from my ears... ahahha
I dont drink or eat before sleep, but if im really hungry, i will have a cup of hot chocolate or a glass of milk.
:)

The best ambience to sleep is when everything is quiet .Since sleep has become a sought after commodity in this frenzy world , the little naps u have should be blissful .

The best atmosphere for sleeping depends on the person. Some people preer to sleep in the dark, others where there is light. Some prefer to sleep in a quiet room, others like myself, want to leae the TV or radio on. Some couples share a bed, others prefer twin beds, or even separate rooms. It all depends on you.

hi manya!
the best atmosphere for me for sleeping is there should be air, from an electric fan or natural wind from outside coming thru the windows, or just a lower temperature during the cold season; and then it should be really dark, not stark dark but just dark with all the lights off; and either i should be really sleepy to ignore any noises, or there should be no noise so i can sleep even if i'm still not sleepy. ^__^;;
as for my tummy, it shouldn't be full and it shouldn't be empty too. i sleep hours after i have eaten dinner so the food is all digested.

Perfect seeping ambience - air-conditioned, quiet, clean, lights off completely, bed stuffed with pillows, clean comforter.
As one gets older, it gets harder to sleep well even if one sleeps alot. Ambience plays such a great part in making sure one doesn't wake up with a crink in the neck and a dent in the temper to match.

it is better for me to sleep in a room with electricfan and with aircool means the air is going trhu from the outside. because the air outside our house is more fresh than what is in aircon and it is more natural as long as the place is not polluted.

I like to sleep in a room that is a little cooler and the windows closed since it is still cold now. In the summer, I would rather have the window open than the air conditioner with the fan on. I just snuggle under the covers, and sleep on my right side. I do not listen to music, because my husband is on the computer until late.
I do not eat anything before I go to bed, but I will have something a couple of hours before then.

The best atmosphere for me to sleep in, is a cool room with an oscillating fan going and lots of covers. I cannot go to sleep when I am hot. I always have a snack before laying down because if I don't, I wake up hungry in the middle of the night.

I like it cool, but not too cold if I can avoid it. A fan is also nice, but not blowing right on my head/face/upper torso. I might eat something light, because if I'm hungry I can't sleep. I like to have white noise or ocean waves, but I can't sleep with radio or music because my brain follows patterns of music or talking. I would be awake all night listening to them.

Well.. I like to sleep in fan or very very mild conditioning - and that is 25 degrees temperature and A/C set to Eco..that is to save electricity.
Yeah, I tend to sleep in that becuase I have been habituatted to that. In addition to that I am used to sleeping with music so much that I miss music if I can't here on one night! And the next night, I AM with music! I am known a music freak alright!
But about drinking before going to sleep, no...I don't have anything after the dinner before going to sleep, excepting the occasional times when I eat Grapes while watching a movie! lol

I sleep with the air conditioner and a fan. LOL I don't listen to music because I have learned that it makes it harder for me to fall asleep if I am listening to something. I do have a glass of water each night before I go to bed though. I also have to have it very dark.

I like to sleep with the sound of my fan. I like the room to be cool and not overly dry; so I keep my humidifier on in the winter.
I sleep with one really soft, fairly think blanket and two pillows.
I don't like to sleep with talking or music on but I do have a really soothing ocean cd that I enjoy. It has no music just the waves and occasionally some birds.

I never eat before I go to sleep, it doesnt make me sleep as peacfully as normal. If it gets really hot at night I will turn on my fan, since I dont have a aircon. I prefer aircon because it cools the room faster but since I dont have one a fan will ahveto do. Also I heard that the air from the aircon isnt very healthy as a fan but that doesnt really bother me. A glass of milk, tea, coffe or hot chocolate alwas goes good before I go to sleep, if Im not to lazy to make it myself

Best Atmosphere for me has been closed room with peace. Peace of my comes from no work tension for next day. However, if you have a tiring day means next day is also going to be same as you are overloaded. therefore, then I sleep for the sake of my body.
