Do You or do you know anyone who makes music?

I am in a band. I play keyboards. I took piano lessons for 10+ years before I joined the band. I was friends with the members of the band for 1-2 years before I joined it. It's so much fun! Our goals are to create the best music possible, make other people happy, play amazing shows, and hopefully make some money some time so we can do this for life.

I wish I was musical. I wish I could sing or play instruments. A friend of mine plays the clarinet and piano very well. She used to teach both to students from her home.

I have produced electronic music more or less actively for 6-8 years now... It's a hobby for me, and I don't expect to get paid for it. That way I can make the music I want and avoid being controlled by popular demands, which would of course cut some creativity from my work. Internet music communities are a great way to get feedback from your work and will definately be helpful on improving your skills.
