If you have some time , you might want to pratice yoga . Of course yoga don't make you get muscles . But muscles dosent mean fit

i would love to meditate.but u knw i could nt concentrate more than 5 mins.do u knw any easy method of meditation?it may sound funky,but i really mean it.

Just simple. Eat a healthiest food, fruits, Fruit juices..etc.It makes u a fit for long times.

Have 2 glasses of plain milk and 2 glasses of ORANGE Juice daily. It will give you most of the nutrients body needs

thanks for the advice.i didnt knw this.but..is this possbile for everyone to take milk and apple juice 2 glasses each.everyones stomach power is not same.what do u say?

There is no need of exercise to keep fit. Make you mind peace and try to be happy always, ignore the things which makes you unhappy. I think laughing is the good medicine to keep you fit.
