You know we all get stressed out. No matter who we are. Life gets hectic, or we get stuck in traffic, whatever.
So what do you do to unwind?
I find that curling up with a good book and a bit of tea really calms me down, and then if I'm still tense I will take a good hot shower.
So share, maybe our tips will help someone else find a way to relieve that tension in their shoulders!

I like to do like you and read a book. I also like to cuddle with my husband on the couch and watch a good movie. Getting a massage really helps me relax as does soothing Jazz music.

I think a good way for me to unwind is probably for me to listen to some slow, relaxing music. Nothing sad, just happy music. Or, some classic Pop music. It really brings me up and helps me forget my troubles and stress. A good sleep also tends to help.
Also, its nice to have a cry once in a while! It can be stressful if you wont let it out!

Whenever I get stressed out and just need to unwind, I like to take a nice and long hot bubble bath. I turn off the light and light a couple of candles. I could stay in there forever. Just keep adding hot water when it starts to cool off.

I like to curl up on the couch with my cat and watch TV. That is my ultimate 'me' time! I also find that soaking my feet in a bucket of warm water is extremely relaxing and helps to get rid of the tension.
Also, when my fiance comes home from work and I'm stressed out, I'll give him a big hug. That never fails to cheer me up!

I go for a walk if the weather is nice. Sometimes I'll get out the hand weights and do the upper body strengthening stuff and move on to the crunches etc. If my energy level is down, I'll get a book and chocolate or tea without the caffeine and hang out in the bedroom. Quite a difference huh? whit

I usually listen light music in a general way which many people do to relax. Additionally, sometimes i will go to the park or go shoping with my friends.

I sometimes have a latte, take a hot shower or bath, or take a moment to pray. But usually I go into my room, close the door, and lay quietly on the bed for a few minutes.

my way to relax is very easy. that is to relax by watching tv, chatting with friends, surfing the internet or go climbing the mountains. maybe taking a good hot shower is another good way as you do. but in all i think someone's inner feeling is the most important factor to relax. people want to relax and then they will relax. this is my experience about relax.
