how many of you like subway sandwiches,?how many can you eat.? and do you believe that you can lose weight by eating at subway the last time I was weighed at my doctors I weightaroung 168 and when I went to the doctors I weighted 159 I always eat at subway when I have the money to buy the sandwiches. Any opinions?

I love there sandwiches. But they can be a bit too spendy to eat too often.

if I had the money I would there every day so that is why I eat there about twice a week if I have the money

I had to stop eating bread because of my health, but I still go to Subway and eat their salads. In fact, Subway is one of the few restaurants where I can get a full meal that doesn't bother my health at all. I know there is a diet plan that you can do like that guy Jared did, but it's really strict. I don't think a lot of people know that it is strict. But, anytime you add more fruits and vegetables to any diet, you're bound to have better health.

I sometimes eat them. I like the 6 inch verses the 12. less food and less calories. I guess if you continue to eat a Subway a day, you might dissapear by Thanksgiving..lol. Glad to hear you have lost a few pounds. When and if I see you again, I will buy you one if you like.

ahhhhh you are still sweet yes if you are down this way I would like to see you again and we can both eat at subway But bet me if I disappear by thankgiving all I will have to do is SMELL that turkey and I will come back faster than you could wink and eye lol

I don't eat in subway but I checked their site out and I saw that their bread has no animal derivative and mostly just veggies. They have very nutritious food and most of it are pork free. I guess that what make your weight go down. This restaurant is very good..I will check it out we have 12 subway restaurants here in the Philippines as said on their website.I will try 'em out. Thanks for letting us know about this healthy restaurant.

I like Subway, I think it is possible to lose weight eating them although personally I haven't tried it, but I did have a friend who said he lost 70 pounds eating Subway for lunch and dinner for 5 months, 5 to 6 times a week. He said he ate mostly turkey subs.

Hi there... When visiting subway, I like to order a foot long, italian and herb bread, with chicken and lettuce,tomato,beetroot,olives,gherkins,green peppers,red onion and honey & mustard sauce on it... These are so delicious... My husband and children like this kind as well... After eating through half of a foot long, I feel quiet content...

I am a manager at a Subway.Yes you can lose weight eating subway but it is just like anything else,you have to watch out what sub you eat. Like the meatball. It is high in everything,but the turkey is good for you. You have to go with NO cheese and NO mayo or just have the lite mayo.And then you have your sides.You have to stay away from the cookies and the chip. We have apples,raisins,and yogurt.Everyone is asking about our new flat bread. Wanting to know if it has more fat and calories then the bread and yes it does. I don't know the fat but i do know that it has 50 more calories then the white bread. Alot of people is suprised when i tell them that the wheat bread has more calories then the white bread. The only thing that is better with the wheat is that it has more fiber then the white.
