Come let share what do you normally do if you stress. How do you distress from school work or your job work?

best way is to meditate.......... other meaning of meditation is nothing but good sleep/

A shower can work, sometimes I'll upgrade to a hot bath for an hour or so. Tea also helps me out. Meditation and reflection is another option of mine.

Sometimes I have to count to ten to calm down, if I am really upset! I drink herbal tea, like peppermint tea and green tea too, to help relax and stay calm! A warm bath with essential oils is very relaxing and calming too! Yoga exercises help, especially when it takes pain away! Talking to someone who cares is another good way to de-stress!

I usually do meditation. Meditation makes me feel calm and ease. It also expands our mind. We will feel that our problem is not the only problem in the world..
