I write myself out my goals and schedule for the day. I force myself out of that bed. I dfo not need an alarm clock anymore. I have set my goals and I try to reach them every day. You may want to try that and use an alarm clock if you have to, to help you get started.

I too have this problem, alot of it is the medication that I take at night though. I try going to bed earlier, but that really doesn't work for my hubby's schedule at work. The first tip I would give you is to make sure you take a multi-vitamin, a B complex vitamin, and iron. They help with fatique. Also, make sure you eat breakfast and exercise, it helps you feel more rested in the morning. Don't press snooze on the alarm, it's a bad habit. Get up when it rings. As for better organization, I make out a list of tasks the night before, that I know I need to do the next day. As I finish one, I cross it off. Organization is a toughy because everyone is different and has different ways in which they motivate themselves.

but If you could set a bed time and stick to it then maybe you would be able to get up at a good time in the morningsLike go to bad say 10 pm get up at 6 am thats 8 hours sleep should work unless you need more or less sleep but ya have to go to bed and to sleep at same time every night. think ya can do that?
