Another cook here. I focus on contemporary, Italian, German, Japanese, Mexican and I'm learning other recipes too. I guess my best dish would be the calzone, but I've not decided. There are other dishes I'm pretty good at preparing too.

Hi there... I like to cook, and so does my husband and our children (teens), whom normally cook, pastas, sauces, meatloaf, BBQ, making salads, lasagne, chinese dishes, omelettes, bolognese, stews... Look not bragging here, but I can cook anything, some handed down or some from scratch, Ive never really followed a recipe book. Its a good thing to have a mom, dad and a grandma who love to cook. We like to cook a variety of foods...

I make killer Tex-Mex food, and cakes and pies. My boyfriend can make anything in a slow cooker, and he's an amazing pasta dish maker. He's also my griller... I get to cook anything fried, not that we eat much fried food. His father was a chef, so he can pretty much make anything and he's not afraid to experiment lol
