I am not really a coffee drinker and I can live without it. I'm just wondering when is the best time to drink it?
My hubby has it first thing in the morning because, according to him... it sets the mood on his tummy (...oh c'mon, you know what I mean, don't make me get too graphical here.) But my father-in-law would have it first thing in the morning too then, make another cup when he gets home at work.
I know a lot of people drink coffee, I just wonder what time you guys drink coffee and why?

Expensive huh. Starbucks in the Philippines is very expensive too. I paid about 200 pesos for a latte.

I like coffee but my stomach doesn't LOL That's why I can't drink too much of it... But when I do, I prefer to drink coffee in the morning :)

Well, morning is a must and probably tastes the best, but honestly there isn't such a thing as a bad time to drink coffee...!! :)

I am not a cofee drinker either. I usually take a cup of coffee if I feel that I ate to much in a meal. I don't know but it makes me feel not too bloated or just to settle everything that I ate. At work, I don't drink coffee because it makes me palpitate , I just drink water instead.

I agree, sometimes I feel that coffee helps in my digestion. Thanks.

I don't know that there is a "best" time for coffee. The caffeine content is supposed to keep you awake, so I guess morning would be a good time from that point of view. Otherwise, it's quite traditional to take it after meals, especially dinner, but as I'm English, I drink tea more often.
Brightest Blessings.

Yes, I think it's possibly better for you.. less caffeine, and I often drink green tea which is even more beneficial. I found one I really like with pineapple and grapefruit. I don't need sugar with it, and it doesn't have milk in it, besides it having lots of health benefits.

Me too, it keeps me awake all night even if it is only a sip. Thanks.

The best time to drink this beverage is when you need energy. Another great time is when you need something warm on a nice cold day. But I mainly drink it because of the taste and also how it makes me feel when I drink it.

I am a coffee drinker, but I drink way too much coffee! I have to have one first thing in the morning, I have this because I feel it wakes me up quicker. Then I have to have one when I get back after taking the kids to school, or after shopping. I then just drink it throughout the day. I find that if I do not have a regular intake of coffee, I get a huge headache and feel quite ill, so I think that I am probably addicted to caffeine.

I like coffee because its tasteful, and refreshing. One cup of coffee in the early morning would make me active and gets me going.I always like to enjoy my coffee viewing the beautiful scenes of nature.Though I also like tea, its no match before the extrodinary aroma of coffee. In India its more of a social drink. And the most important thing is that we easily get addicted to it.

There is no best time for me to drink cofee, I just drink it when I'm in the mood for a cup. If I don't drink too much, it doesn't keep me awake at night. I like coffee because it tastes good, not because it afects me.

All day long. Seriously though I TRY to stop drinking coffee before noon so it doesn't mess up my sleep that night. Sometimes I need the extra jolt of caffine to help me stay awake and some what alert though.
