My Friend Lakota

I am going to pray for Lakota. She won battle of Cancer at the same time my mother did. She is always here to answer my posts. I hope our pray will bring Lakota back to normal condition. Thank you for posting this information. Send her my hugs if you are able to talk to her. Happy Easter HUGS

Oh this is so terrible to hear Gabs...Lakota is indeed one of my friends here, and I've admired her for her courage in her battle against cancer, the pain she was going through after her surgery and to to hear this is truly sad....she will most definitely be in my prayers as well as for her family, gabs and I hope you can keep us updated about this.

I'm so sorry to hear that gabs. I have said a prayer on your friends behalf. Lakota is very very lucky because most women don't survive a heart attack. She's in good hands now and should be ok. Bless you dear friend.

I am sorry to hear that Lakota has hit another bad patch. Women tend to ignore symptoms of heart attacks, labelling them something else. It was very thoughtful of her daughter to send you a message, so that you could keep us informed. Of course we will pray for her and send her positive, strong thoughts.

OMG Gabs I cannot believe this! Lakota has been so much what with the cancer and other health problems lately and now this? How awful that she and her family now have to endure this. You know she will be in my heart and prayers along with her family! Please, please, please let me know how she is doing and pass my love and best wishes along! xxx

I deleted the other discussion you started about the update about Lakota before I responded, so I am responding here. Dear Heavenly Father we are lifting Lakota up in your loving tenderness. We ask that you heal her from the top of your head to the bottom of her feet. We ask that you give her strength to carry on in your will and to bring comfort to her during this time. Lord we know that if you bring us to it, you will also bring us through it as well as you don't give us anymore than we can handle. Lord Jesus you also said, that by my stripes we are healed, so we are claiming this healing for Lakota in your precious name Lord Jesus Christ. Amen

Hello Gabs.. Thank you for the news and request for prayer support for Lakota. She and I have become friends as well and although we have never met in person we do keep in touch by phone and e-mail every couple of days. She always speaks of you with great love and affection and the strength of your bond is quite evident. It is very distressing to hear that she has yet another challenge. DarkWing is another mutual friend and she contract me by e-mail when she saw your post. I have requested you as a friend so it is easier to check in on your discussions. I left a message for the family and asked Linda or Jimmie to call when they have time. My husband and I will be away from home for a couple of days but I will be checking e-mails and logging into Mylot even if I do not respond and will await further updates from you. When you are talking to Lakota again please let her know that her two Canadian friends are sending their love and light to her and the family. Take care of yourself as well. Warm regards, Raia

I consider Lakota to be a one of my very good friends here on myLot she was also one of my first friends when I started here well over a year a go. She is always there to respond, comfort, amuse and not afraid to say what she thinks. I shall most definitely pray for her very speedy recovery.

That is such sad news gabs. No matter where we find it friendship is so important. I am sadden to hear about your friends fight with this desease.
