Do you Remember Names?

Hi All, Do you remember names of people who meet you 3-4 months back or more? I have a problem, i cant remember names of people, i can recognize them but it takes time. Whenever i meet a colleague or friend of mine from the last organization or from the previous org, i am unable to recognize them in a first go. I have to think and then i do recognize them after a while. (or having a chat with them for 2-3 min) but cant remember their name, it embrace me. I still remember faces of my schoolmates and few names, but it take time to co-relate them. Except my good friends who are in contact with me. Does it happens with you all? Is it normal thing? : ) LIVE AND ENJOY YOUR LIFE

I don't know why this is but i am just really good at remembering my classmates names. I sometimes just remember distinctive features or things about the person that will be easy to remember.

Yes even i will do the same i will combine something with their name like Sweet SANDY, or stupid JOHN, so i can atleast remember, hey i want to tel u somthing, When i was in school we used to call our teacher with a funny name( only in our group not directly) So i remember the funny name but not the original name. our Hindi teacher was fat, so we used to call her "MOTTI" in Hindi, it means FAT. I think that is all because we use our braid less and less to remember something.I'm have a good memery and I'm good at remember others and their name.Once I meet him(her) I can recoginize them after a month or longer.

thats great that u have a good memory, even i had but from last 7 years its happning , i didnt took it seriously but now have to ... :) live and enjoy your life
