I am not a picky person when it comes to eating. But everybody has that one or two foods that they just cant stand. Mine is tomato soup and brussel sprouts. Whats your food enemy?

amesballa I think karma isnt as much of an obvious thing people make it out to be. I believe that karma will even things out in the end with little things here and little things there.

amesballa To me, I like to give out advice to friends. And most of the time i practice what i preach, but on occasion i will hand out tips that i really cant say i do in my life. So i guess if it will help out another in need it will be ok in the end.

amesballa Well i was a wrestler so i know all about losing weight...trust me. The easiest way to lose some pounds is to just replace a meal with a smoothie or a bowl of cereal. It is just a small thing but will help out a lot. Also if you get hungry in between meals...
