amesballa To me, I like to give out advice to friends. And most of the time i practice what i preach, but on occasion i will hand out tips that i really cant say i do in my life. So i guess if it will help out another in need it will be ok in the end.

amesballa try going to a gnc or even a walmart will have some protein shakes. Just have at least 1 a day and you will gain weight before you know it, and maybe a little muscle without even lifting weights.
