I have to get up early like you but i get up at the last possible moment because honestly i hate my job and i want to stay in bed i get up at like 7:05am every morning i have to be at work by 8:00am

The only way is to sleep earlier.haahaa...
I recommend you sit in your bed for 5 minutes thinking about what you will do the following day. That will not only makes you clear-headed but also makes you well planned.

I usually get up around 9 or 10. Whenever I have to get up really early, I try to go to bed earlier.

I usually get up quite early between 7:15 am and 7:45 am (without an alarm clock) no matter I have late night. If you exercise during the day and sleep early, it should help to improve your sleep or perhaps have a nice hot bath/ shower in the morning to keep you awake!

well i get up between 6:30 and 7 am to get daughter ready for school,well my best advice for waking up less sleepy would to get more sleep,but not too much brcause that will make you just as tired.

I find that if you make yourself a nice breakfast thats waiting for you right when you get up you get a little bit of an incentive. Another thing i do is put your alarm as far away from you as you can so you cant just slap it from your bed and go back to sleep. Finally the old splash cold water in your face is always a wake up call.

Thank you amesballa.Thank you for sharing your ideas.I have tried some.For example,put my alarm as far away from me as I can.I often put two alarm.One is near and one is far.It's really a good idea.Everytime I hear the alarm,I continue to sleep untill another one alarms.Thanks again.Have a good day.

6:40am? you get up so early.i wonder what time do you need to be at work? or you have to spend much time on the road?
for me,i get up around 8 o'clock in the morning every day.i love sleeping and be short of energy if i havn't enough sleeping in the previous night.
you asked the good ways to get up early without being so sleepy.it's easy just to sleep early in the previous night and keep 8-hours sleeping every day at least.
