Most people aroud me want to lose weight nowadays,so they try nearly everthing they can find: pills, execises, sauna,or just eat fruit...Sadly, they hardly lose weight at the end since all of the above methods are so difficult to insist on.
So, do you have any good advice?

Well i was a wrestler so i know all about losing weight...trust me. The easiest way to lose some pounds is to just replace a meal with a smoothie or a bowl of cereal. It is just a small thing but will help out a lot. Also if you get hungry in between meals just dont even look at the junky food, just go straight to where you know you wont be tempted.

eat frequent small meals will help and drink a lot of water...
YOu may also try to drink pineapple juices that has a lot of fibers... you may not prevent the temptation for those foods but it says that you have the power to your own will and you are the boss. SO if your self discipline is tough, you can succeed in dieting... Try different meals that has a lot of nutrients like green veggies and fruits..
If you have no time for that drink a lot of waters like 8 to 12 glass a day... i will assure you that you will lose hope as you change the damage cell into new one...

To able to loose weight is to watch our diet- less carbohydrates, more on fruits and vegetable. It would not be necessary to skip meals- Diet modification and lots of exercise would be a big factor in losing weight.
