Was mylot helpful? How did it affect any aspect of your life?

I came to myLot for two reasons, to earn some extra money and to have some fun chatting. After a day of chatting on myLot, I realized the people on myLot are very interesting people. People in myLot aren't just people who will do anything to get their hands on some money, most people actually put some effort into what they write. There have been many interesting discussions and I have learned a lot. I love how the people from myLot aren't immature 10 year olds. Have fun chatting people of myLot!

I wish I found out about Mylot like 4 yrs, ago, I have been here for 2 yrs, this is the best website on the internet, it is not about the money, It is about good friends here. I love it here, you get good support, Advice, good information, tis site is awesome!

It is, somehow in a way. I always thought that things are just too easy, but learned that being here would also be complicated and an eye-opener for me about others as well. We came from different country, different culture different languages and beliefs. But there's one thing we all have in-common here, to share and learn. I treat mylot as a window to the world, reading on other people's posts about their daily activities makes me feel that I've already been there though not physically.

I learned a lot here in mylot. There are varied views from people from different countries. Reading, posting and responding to different topics is a wonderful experience. Perhaps it is not the money but the learning experience and meeting other people through the web is great.

Yes, mylot has been very helpful to me. Its taught me humility, openmindedness and to be less self absorbed. I came to this site thinking my opinion was the only one, but I quickly learned that I could learn from others and that they had valid opinions to offer and on more than one occassion I've had to question my initial way of thinking. I've also learned to be more tolerant of others and to be empathetic to what makes them who they are and give the opinions that they do.

it is very helful for me. i realy enjoy answering other discussions and comments..and i always get new ideas that i can use in the future...

for me mylot is just fun and relaxing after a hard day of writing assignments

I can say Mylot was very helpful for me. its the palce where i really enjoy Myself. be it being active here or tghe friends. It has opened a vast knowledge to me. i have come across different people to know more about different cultures. many trivia and so on,.Its also helps to unwind.

I think for me myLot has opened up an awareness of myself, I find that I am finding more about myself as I respond to discussions, I realise that I know a lot more than I thought I did about things too. I also find I learn a lot from here as well, things that I did not know and also I can find out things that I want to know about, as well as meeting people from all over the world. Mylot seem to be an eye-opener for me. I see think in a different prospectus especially after reading some of the discussions and responses. I tend to appreciate the world knowing there are so many different cultures, believes, background and religions yet we are one in this community. One thing I like about mylot, unlike other forum is that here we respect others without discriminating others. In here we don't use abusive, sanderous and foul languages. Mylot is a great community and let it be an example to all the other forums. Indeed, I am proud to be part of this community and hopefully mylot is going to last forever because I do agree with you that mylot is a journey of learning, sharing and gaining.

It has made me confident that my opinions matter and are valued! Everyone has been so nice here! And, I love getting other people's perspectives on things. I am pretty open-minded so, I can accept other's opinions and love that people can be open-minded enough to accept mine, even if it varies from theirs. I love that people care here. When you need help, some moral support, or just to be calmed down by venting a little bit, everyone here is happy to oblige. And, everyone is willing to celebrate with you when you are excited about something...no matter what it is! No matter what, there is always something to talk about here!

I have always liked to use the internet to communicate with people around the world and myLot seems to be the best place for sharing views and exchanging opinions. I agree with you that myLot is a learning experience also. It has changed my life because it takes up a lot of my time but I feel it is time well spent.

Mylot is like a huge conference room where poeple from all over the world gather to raise discussions and give their view on various topic. What am I getting at? Be patient (smile)...........the answer to your question. For the short time I have been here sharing I have learnt so much and have been able to share my views on so many topics. Of course there are friends and family who I always share with but doing so with the same persons over and over again can become mondane because you have grown to know each other and can so often guess what a person is likely to say. Here on mylot the views are much varied and insightful due to the large pool of persons who are sharing. I too think I owe mylot for this wonderful oppurtunity of being able to share with poeple all over the world.

It has helped me to see more of the world if nothing else. Since I don't look at the news, I only know what other people tell me. Some of it I don't buy because it is so one-sided, but others I can believe a little easier. Sometimes I get a little irritated when I look at the responses and other times it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. I do get to have a more global perspective on here because I get to see how people think in different places. Thanks for asking the question.

I have had my bad times spent in my lot so I will not be so much upset. I meant, when I feel kind of down at certain times, being in mylot helped me forget those things cause I kept my focus on my postings and discussion answers. Financially, it gave me little but it is nothing compared to not feeling alone at times. Though I am trying harder now as I intend to put my mylot earnings as monthly savings.

I've been here like 3 days and it's been really helpful. I get almost instant feedback about stuff that i have on my mind. i could just make a discussion, come back in an hour, and see what other people think. I think myLot is great!
