What is the best paid to sign up site which pays via paypal. They have to be free sites. The offers to sign up should also be free. And they should pay their users and not scamming them.

AlanZhou I have prepared 4 names for my bb before it was born! :-) 2 are english and chinese names for girls and the other 2 are for boys. I even didn't know it was a he or she before it was born just because the chinese Planned Birth Policy.
