Hi friends, I've just make myself a bowl of Korean kimchi noodles with cheese, it's very yummy indeed! Have you ever tried?
All you need to do is just to add one or two slices of cheese into the cooked noodles and micowave it at low heat for a minute or 2. Alternatively, add cheese when noodles almost done if you don't have a microwave. Enjoy~

Hi popocan, are you a korean? Hmmm... i never tried kimchi noodles. Is it really that delicious? I even never have any idea to put cheese in noodles. Usually i put cheese in cake, bread, or even eat it directly... ahahah. Hmm... Could you share with me the how to cook kimchi? I have friend who always eat kimchi, but he just bought instant kimchi, which you just put in microwave and eat it with plain rice. I wanna try to cook it, and if possible, i will try it with putting cheese into it. ahaha
have a nice day.

Hi manya, I am a chinese but I love Korean food :) I don't remember all the steps to cook kimchi which really takes time (days..) to prepare.
To save the huzzles, you can actually get instant package of kimchi noodles in supermarket (the soup base is of kimchi flavour but without actual kimchi, not sure your local store sells it?)
I think your friend is doing the right thing cos instant kimchi does tastes as good.
And I never tried kimchi with rice and Cheese...haha, not sure about this combination, but this is a really good suggestion, I will try it out next, thx :)
