Cassoroles??

Are you a fan of cassoroles when your stuck on what to make or are having a busy day and don't have the time to tend to cooking. I was noticing more and more cassorole recipe books at the grocery store and wondered how many people opt for quick and easy cassoroles?

I like to make casseroles, but I have noticed that all of the ones that I like to make are very unhealthy. I need to get some recipes that are not so bad for us.

I do like to make casseroles and stews because you can just throw them together and let them cook...you don't have to stand over them...they are easy and versatile.
