I saute one chopped onion in a couple tablespoons of oil. I then add two cloves of minced garlic, a pinch of red pepper flakes and a pinch of ginger. Throw in a one pound bag of Asian mixed veggies (or any frozen veggies you like) and heat through. I add soy sauce to taste and serve over rice.

You may not understand these menus but they are one of the great delicacies even in the early ages: pinikpikan, sinigang, nilaga, dinakdakan. Those are some of my favorites. Do you know how to cook these?

I have a few I really like to cook, depending on my mood. I too have a really good meatloaf and actually just made it last night for dinner. I also make a really good linguine with chicken and veggies with lime juice on top. It is so good! I really like easy meals that you throw into the crock pot and they cook all day. No hassle and at the end of the day it's all waiting for you to eat it. My favorite crock pot recipe is chicken and dumplings. YUM!

I always cook for my family. I always prepare them healthy foods like vegetables with the mix of meat. I prepare baguio beans with mix of pork because that is my husband's favorite. I cook vegetable soup with beef. I rarely cook dishes that only contain pure meat but i'm a meat lover. I just learn to eat vegetable because my husband love to eat vegetables and he always ask me to cook vegetables.
