My referrals finally paid off

Since I just joined about 2 months ago, I have 3 referrals already, the first one participates in the discussions here maybe once a week, the other 2 aren't active yet since they joined about 3 days ago.

for me i just started joining this website and maybe sooner or later i can get a lot of referrals as i dont do anything now..but i wish, i can also get a referral who can participate not just for the sake of earning but for the sake of enjoying responding to topics and uploading photos.

Congs winterose it is very much like my very situation, today I checked my referral list and found a new member-hwen I checked the profile I found she had posted 18 discusions in just two days-I was very pleased!

I've got only one referral and they have not done anything since joining about a year ago. He/She never did even accept my friend request. Congrats to you though!

I am extremely glad that your referals are finally paying off, even if it's just one of them. I am having the same problem right now, and not knowing how to refer without coming off as ADVERTIZING. My friends and family haven't really caught onto the idea of these sites yet, so my referals would be lost on them...

It's a start, and a penny you didn't have before! I have 14 referrals, but most have never bothered to come back. Two or three gave it a go for a post or two, and two or three are fairly active. I'm just happy that I was able to introduce some friends to something I enjoy immensely.

I wish I was making something from my referrals I would be happy with a small amount. I have referred many about 25 but only ten joined, of the ten that joined only 2 made it to cash out the rest didn't even make it up to 50 centsNever even gave it a chance. Some never even posted to a discussion, Non of my referrals are active. So the raise we are getting from our referrals posting, I will receive none. I wish mylot sold referrals like some sites do that be cool. I surely would buy a few myself. It pays to have active referrals especally if you wanna make payout monthly. Sadly I won't be making payout since I have only $6.37 at this time no way am I going to make almost four dollars in the short amount of time we have left of this month. Oh where oh where are my referrals tonight, i searched the world over and thought I found some but they found another site and floop they were gone.

I have one referral lol and he hasn't been active in over 8 months.. I did send him a message though saying hi that might bring him back to mylot.. He did make one post but I didn't make anything off it... I noticed alot of people that used to be here isn't active anymore... Maybe a note to them saying hi might bring them back for a bit a least... Just a thought... :)

I've had 3 referrals for about 1 year and a half, and none of them have ever posted on mylot! I really wonder why the heck they signed up for it!

I have only five referrals, but they drift, and only one is really active currently. Mind you, that one is great support for me, and fun to chat with, so all's well. Just imagine, if your 33 referrals were all active! You'd have a nice lot of discussions to respond to, and perhaps a lot more support to your own discussions. I just don't seem to get the ones that are keen enough to stay! Brightest Blessings.

Yeah I got a few referrals who are posting. I mean it does make you some extra money. I just need to get people who go nuts and posts 100s of posts a day.. and then I'll be making dollars. But no one wants to put in any type of work in online. They want to make one post.. and earn 1000 dollars.

I have 5 referrals. All of them are family members. Three of them are active, 2 of those 3 are VERY active. So active I may retire this year! Just kidding. But they are very active. The ones who are not active are my son who just turned 16 and is obsessed with Braingle and my sister-in-law who doesn't get on the internet that much. I may eventually get my son hooked on MyLot.

I just tried posting my referral link on myspace, and fubar, and maybe I'll even post one on facebook. Hopefully I'll get some referrals, but probably not, at my luck.

I haven't gotten any referrals yet. I wish that I could find some, as that would increase my earnings some. I just made payout, and that took me 3 weeks to do, I'm hoping to find some referrals so that it won't take me 3 weeks to make payout each month. Unless of course, I dedicate more time here, but I already spend a lot of my time on this site, in fact, the MyLot tab on my internet browser is hardly ever closed, lol.

i have two referrals so far... but they are not active anymore... i used to get a penny from them everyday in the past but not anymore... i am happy with what i am earning now here and i don't really look for referrals... hope your referrals will bring you more money... good luck...

I have one referral. She signed up like five months ago and refuses to participate. She claims that she does not like the format of Mylot. Whatever.

Wow that is sad. But I'm glad that you are still being successful. If no one is doing it, do not let that stop you. I would love to get about 300 active referrals. I know that is probably unrealistic. I feel that the more active you are the better off you are. I see you posted a lot of things especially with you haveing 6431 posts.

i have 6 referrals currently...one made 20 points but then hasn't done much since...the others haven't even tried responding to a discussion or posting one...i can't understand it...why would you join a site and then just forget about it completely? and how could you not become addicted to mylot??

I only have 3 referrals and one has answered a couple of discussions and one has started one but that about it but I'm here more for the interacting with others but may try to refer now they have 50% but only to friends I know already, but they didn't really seem that interested last time I told them about it but I was very new myself then. well i have this great referal and a hard working guy he made me 1 dollar in 5 days i think he post 24/7 god bless him
