Meditation is good for everyone, be it a person who is unwell, stressed, or as fit as a fiddle!
Meditation helps you to relax and unwind. Make it a daily ritual just before you go to sleep at night..just do it for a week and you will already see how less stressed and more relaxed you are. You will be able to handle situations much better too and not fly off the deep end.
Meditation is good for young and old.
