gratitude As a spiritualist I attend church when I feel the need to. Maybe something is on my mind, or I have the unknown need to go? Normally it ends up that the sermon is exactly what I needed to hear. But yea, I attend at least once a month.

gratitude In South Africa the staple diet for the black people would be Maize meal, but amongst the whites, especially the afrikaans it is also used a lot. Its used for porridge, breads, and lately even in puddings.
