gratitude I was told by a doctor not to include the water used in coffee, tea etc as that was not pure water to flush the kidneys out with. The chemicals therein made your body work harder to rid the chemicals forcing your body to need more flushing.

gratitude I am big mouth I know but when I do do this I do get my daily quota of water in. The plastic bottles coke, water etc are bought in are ...here 500ml bottles. Fill them up the night before and keep them handy..a good way to measure how much you have consumed...

gratitude After reading another post and seeing that most of you buy milk in gallons and not litres...what you paying for the gallon is not bad at all..roughly the same as what we would pay for a gallon here

gratitude You people buy milk in gallons? wow! whats that ..like...3 to 4 litres at once, does it come in one container as a gallon? Our biggest amount per container is a 2 litre only.

gratitude Oops sorry blonde moment yes www.xe.com. I only buy the low GI bread which is so full of seeds and so much more healthier than plain white or brown bread.

gratitude WOW that is expensive! Here we pay no more than R6.50 (about 35.35INR?) for a loaf of sliced bread. Milk the best brand would hit you about R8 (42.28 INR)
