My health habit

What do you eat every day? Do you make plans for yourself and your family? A few people think about it, and less people will make plans for their meals. Many people, especially who work in office every day, like to go to have fast food or take away food near their workplace. The food they eat every day is full of oil ang fat, it makes them fat. Most seriously, the cycling of their blood will slow down. It makes them ill when they are old.
Also, many people, especially women who think that it is more importent to be pretty, lose weight in an unhealthy way.
What should a healthy person eat every day? Well, I will introduce my "Healthy eating habit". It comes from my father who is a doctor, and it is believable. While people do a lot of work, the energy in thwir body are burning, too. So you need noodles, ice, milk, bread and eggs. If you don't eat them, you will faint. Fruit and vegetables are necessary, too. They are a lot of vitamins. It makes you not sick easiy. Vegetables help the other food easier to be disgested. And they can give you water.
To be a healthy paople, do as I told you from now on.

I am having to force myself to once and for all plan my meals. I have been a binger forever but in November I started kicking away my bad habits and started taking responsibility for what I put in my mouth. Sure.. I have had relapses since and I will here and there but the first thing to go was unnecessary snacking, white flour, refined sugar, and fast food. I have eaten fairly well since with the exception of a few bad days here and there. I lost some weight from that alone but the next thing is portions!! I have been over the past few days planning my meals all in the food pyramid and about 1500 calories worth. Hopefully that will help kick the rest of the weight off.. oh yeah and some exercise in there too (blech!) But anyway I am not responding to this... you are so right, you NEED a variety of foods, all from the pyramid. You need the right amount of carbs and proteins to give you the proper energy that is needed. Eating healthy is a challenge for a lot of people, binge problem or not... that explains why a lot of people get sick often!

Please keep a healthy life all your heart's-blood. You will get longevity and happy if you can love yourself. Please love yourself as possible as you can and love life also. Don't force yourself to do anything because it is saline to gain a fruit by force. There are full of surprise in our lfe, and all we should do is to find them.

Please believe me that a lot of people live in an unhealthy way and they are unhealthy. Many people especially young poeple eat things they like free and easy. They sleep late or thay even not sleep in the night. They smoke and drink a lot.
Maybe you are in this estate now. Please stop wrecking your health from now on. I think that the biggest wealth is the healthy of the body.
