outdoor games are much better because then you get physical education too online games are just mental and virtual its fun but in the end you dont get any benifits when you play outdoor it helps you interact with people it help you loose weight it helps you to get in shape

I refer only online games so that u can improve your skills with the person who is greater than you. if you are a profession and its the outdoor game i would prefer. Outdoor game is healtier.
