kstanley7 if there is no actual pcie x16 slot upon that motherboard it sounds like you might have a messed up board, one that got through the manufacturing approval process. I'd recommend getting in contact with the manufacturer.

kstanley7 Unfortunately that wont work, what I would recommend that you do is upgrade your memory as well as your gfx card, I would suggest you search sites such as tigerdirect.com and so forth, or even ebay. you'll be surprised at what you can find on the web.

kstanley7 This is true indeed, but if you think about it, what do the government officials actually get paid a vast amount of money for? I'd love to see them live on the streets for a week, and I'll guarantee that they will change their whole perspective.

kstanley7 definatly.. I invested in an ocz vertex 3 120gb for my main pc as the operating system drive. Performance wise, boot time is 8 seconds for my comp to load up windows 7. So going to have to get a couple more ssd for my data.

kstanley7 I pay all in all 22 pounds sterling for a 10mb connection with cable and free weekend calls. what your paying is ridiculous and extortionate. depending on where you are located I would suggest switching, then tell your isp that your intending on changing isps...
