For the past week I am always cold, my Flat is very warm in the Living room and also my Bedroom
When I go to bed I have my dressing Gown on, I have 2 quilts and my Body is still not warming up, then by 4am I am roasting
I called the Doctor today, the reply I got as I have been getting for the last week over my Pains is "We have to wait for the Cat Scan to come back" Well today I lost it, I am sick of hearing it, so I asked them, so if I am dead tomorrow will you have to wait for the Cat Scan to come to see why I died???? Ok a bit dramatic, but I just lost it
I now I have a hot Bath at night which I can only bear for 5 minutes as I feel like I can't breathe, one of the reasons I have a shower every Morning as I can not soak in Baths, I also have been putting the Hot Water Bottle in bed an hour before I go which I have to admit helps, I am probably lingering with a Chill and it won't come out of me or like a such a sweet Friend that I love very much suggested on the Phone, as I am different anyway I have got the Menopause in a reversed way, yes funny haha, but yes that is another Option I guess as I do tend to be different lol
I also guess the cold Weather is not helping, so like a good Girl I will wait for the Scan to come back and see what is up but I do not believe me being cold all the time has anything to do with the Scan somehow unless there is a script in my Body where they will, Gabs is always cold because .........
Well just a thought

I am always cold, it starts in my hands and goes through to my bones. I wear so many layers of clothes every day and in bed that I am like a little michelin man. I am just never warm anymore, in bed I wear my pyjamas and 2 jumpers and socks as well and then I will often wake up in the night absolutely soaked in sweat! I hope you get the results of your scan soon. Take care,

actually being cold is a symptom of peri-menopause some women do get it, also thyroid problems will make you cold, I have that too.

I can never get properly warm in bed, especially my legs and feet, and that's despite putting the bottle in an hour or so before I go. I find the only way to get warm, is to wrap the duvet right around me and tuck it under my body. Might be worth a try, my friend. xxxx

I see I'm still not getting all the discussions in my email yet. Never would of known you started this had I not happen to head on over to your profile, gabs. Sounds like your coming down with the flu or something else. Hope you get the results of your C-Scan back soon so they can find out what the heck is going on.

Have you have your thyroid checked? That is also a reason you may feel cold all the time. Or another circulatory problem could be the cause. I hope you cat scan comes back clean, and they can come back with another answer that is more simple. In the mean time, have some tea,and try not to worry.

hmmm..If that cat scan doesn't work try having someone give you a massage to loosen your muscles up a bit and so the masseur could pop out those colds inside you. Try it. Drink something warm as well. Hope this works.

I don't blame you for losing it with the doctor hon. He should have had the results back by now. They sure are dragging their feet. I'll bet all that snow lingering around has got you chilled to the bone. And of course, you really are different...you don't do things normally so you could have the reverse menopause. Teeheehee! You know I love you hon. Big hugs to you.

This could be nerves or anxiety. You might also be dealing with stress (stress can either lower your temp or raise it, depending on the circumstances).
Until you get your results back Gabs, just focus on staying warm. There's always layering clothing if its not too bad. Hot beverages may also help you. And maybe take in a few more B complex vitamins (most pharmacies have them or you can find them in most multivitamins). It could increase your bloodflow a bit if that is the problem.
Other than that, keep healthy, comfy and safe.
