Life is so unpredictable...
Recently, life or rather, reality, has been pretty harsh on me...
My mum has got breast cancer and according to the doctor, its the third stage...
My family and i have been trying hard to stay by her side and encourage her as we know that the truth is too harsh for her too...
We all know that she's trying to remain optimistic but deep down she fears alot too...
I often see her sighing when noone's beside her...
SHe keeps all the laughters for us and all the sorrows alone...
Im so worried for her..
Today's her birthday and a few days later... SHe will be heading to the operation ward for her operation...
I really hope the operation will be a great success and no chances of releapse... I know theres possibility things might go wrong, bt im worried...
Please pray hard for me...
Anyone encounter such things before?
Also... What can cheer her up? Besides what we have been trying to do?
After the operation, she has to undergo kimo therapy and radio therapy...
God bless her...
Its such sufferings for her...
Sighz...

Hello Huilee,
so sorry to hear about your mom's condition. but tell her not to give up, through god all things are possible. I have a son, who has a rare brain tumor, three surgeries within two years. You must not give up, I know it's hard but don't give up. His tumor is finally shrinking. If you want to cheer her up, make her laugh, just about anything to take her and your mind off the cancer, embrace her, celebrate life. i know its hard but i have been there, also, are you familiar with reiki, that helps too. With your permission i can send some reiki to your mom and the situation, as well pray for you and your family. Happy birthday to your mom. Keep up the faith, and don't let your mom see you so worried, I know that it is easier said than done, but if she sees you worried, then she will be worried even more.
love and light

Your so welcome, and I am glad your mom enjoyed her birthday. How is your mom feeling? I hope all is well.
As for my son, he wasn't feeling well this week, we went to the doctors thursday, and he had lost 6 pounds and was weak.
He has new medicine to make him have an appetite, and it is working well, so now he is feeling back to his old self playing his video games.
I will still include your mom in my prayers, especially for her surgery, and safe recovery.
Keep me posted.
Namaste

Last August a friend of mine mother passed away from Cancer. I am so sorry to hear that about your mom. I will send up a prayer for her and I am pretty sure the rest of your myLot friends will do the same so that's going to be a lot of prayers for your mom, you, and the rest of the family. Be strong and God Bless!

My thoughts are with you and I am so sorry to hear this. Life really can be cruel at times. I am not going through anything like that but I am dealing with my own demons right now.. which I have no right to whine about considering what you and your family, and your mom is going through... but I do agree, life is cruel at times. Again my thoughts are with you.

It is really a cruel reality, we can only hope and pray for her recovery. She will be able to recover and i am thinking positive. When things like this happen, we think it could be the end, but let us not forget the power of the almighty and he will prove us wrong, that if we call on him, he will bless us with what we wish for.
my prayers are with your mom, and your family to have strength in this time of trial.
