If you want to QUICK smoking try lighting 2 or 3 at a time and take deeper drags.

have you tried the four d's they usually have listed on the lil card that come sin a pack? I dont know if you have or not, but you could also take up something like painting, or anything to keep your hands busy.

First, you should really really want it.
second, You will need a strong will power,
to change your habit.
My Mom and Dad found out 3 years ago (after they were smoking 16 years) that smoking can cause a"tongue cancer".
... The only Cure, for that kind of cancer, is cutting
the tongue.
Think about that before you smoke,
Then, think if you want the same fate.;)
remember, it's only psychological,
the first year is going to be tough, you won't stop
thinking about smoking.
the second year is easier...
and then, the 3rd, the 4th, the 5th, and you stop
counting:)...

I tried thinking of that. What happened?It made me want to do some more "Quick Smoking" so I could get in as much as I could before they have to gut my mouth.
Hmmm... come to think of it, there are few other things I must do again before they cut my tongue out.
Shoot.

started smoking 30 years ago. I smoked Eve120s menthol lights until Sept 28 of this year. I used to smoke 1 1/2 packs a day. I had wanted to quit a number of times. I had gone to some of those seminars but they didn’t help. About 4 years ago we moved into a new house and I didn't want it to smell like smoke so I started smoking out side. and ended up cutting down to 2 packs a week. Started walking when ever I Lite one up. Then one day I just had enough. My bible says that God gives us the victory and I decided to claim that victory. Haven’t had one sense and I haven't been desperate for one either I’ve had an urge but get busy doing some else usually a walk until the urge leaves.

ya i know about it just when u feel to have smoke, just eat abit of dry coconut, u just dont need smoke at all.

don't buy any ciggarate ....:) ...if ur want stop try chewing gum n candy ...hope work to ur
