How come this is so? I have been browsing before for payouts and you can have an option to choose from $10.00 - up. But asof now, its set at $25 the minimum? is this because too many payout?

unknownname i use avg antivirus ..maybe not so good at least AVG can detect trojan or worm virus ... i use norton but not suitable with my systems ...so when i update always fail ..then i use AVG ...with doctor spyware and spybot:search & destroy .... ur can go here...
