What do you think of myspace

I use Myspace for music. As a singer/songwriter I find Myspace is a great place to feature some of my songs and get honest feedback from other members. Also it's a good place to interact with other musicians and listen to what they have to offer that is new and exciting. To date,all my experiences on Myspace have been positive. I have had the opportunity to meet some very interesting people.

Myspace is fun. Good way to keep up with some friends, talk to people. Even good way to find long lost people. :]

The honest to God reason myspace exist is for PROMOTION it became a community with the underline cause to promote new and up coming music groups. It just became what it is now and it's up to its users to do with it what they will. its hard to stop free speech as we all know and people will say what they want to say and someone will eventually offend someone. but majority of myspace users really use it well.

It really depends on HOW you use MySpace. If you use it wisely and only keep in touch with your friends or meet others who share the same interest as you AND if you keep your page private, it can be a great thing. MySpace is also a good tool for network marketing. However if you abuse it, sure you will bring some unnecessary drama to your life OR worse... some nutjob could actually find you! It all depends on how you use it. I try to be wise with mine.
