I have a real bad back that limits me to doing alot and I get on here and myspace to find friends and other people that have a disability that limits them to working. I have had a bad back since 1999 and am still fighting social security for disability...I have only been trying for 4 years to get it but I think that that is a pretty long time to get what they call "Your money" I had surgery in 2003 and since I have had more problems like numbness going down my leg. Well anyway..sorry for venting here..just had to let it out. Tell me what you think.
Thanks for your time

Ive just been diagnosed today as suffering from (cant spell it) syatica. Ive got co-dydramol tablets and dicloflex to take for pain releif and to stop the imflamation of the nerve. Ive been having pains in my back/bum/knees/thighs for the past few days and went docs to find out once and for all what it it. I get this every now and then but this time has been really painfull.

ive had problems with my back since a visit to a chiroquacker with a god complex crippled me up for a couple years. the best advice i can offer to improve the situation, and make yer back stronger, is exercises that are geared towards strengthening your back muscles. yoga is expecially good for this, and is completely low impact. you only move to the point your able to move in and the more often you do it, the more youre able to move. ive actually gained near 2 inches in height from the exercises and my back is much much better now. good luck to you.
