What cellphone carrier do you prefer?

I'm currently using AT&T and really like it. What carrier do you prefer? Which one has the best deals?

I am in Canada so I use Bell, but I am not crazy about them. The only reason I am sticking with it now is because.. I have no other option LOL, I signed a contract, never gonna do that again!

I don't know if we even have Bell here... lol! I guess if I ever decide to move to Canada, I know which carrier not to get. Thanks for the response!
