how do you think about the food price go up??

Food prices are on a drastic rise here. Every time we hit the supermarket something has always gone up by a .25 cents or a dollar, more or less. It really starts to add up and it puts people under stress because the cost of living is rising yet why doesn't our salary increase?! It makes me so mad when I think about it and I hate being stuck doing a job I don't like and getting paid money which isn't enough anymore. Which is why I'm trying to "break through" on the internet. It is a bit hard for me since I just got started and I'm from Trinidad, so alot of offers aren't available here. I'm also trying to look into way to generate passive or residual income to help supplement and hopefully help me to eventually leave my job so I can pursue my passions.

in our country we are dependent on rice but the price of it is increasing day by day. i don't know the other food products because i am not the one made the grocery. i felt bad when i heard the news about the price increase. we are all facing economic crisis even the united states not only the third world countries.

There is no need for food prices to go up....our wages remain the same, so prices should too.....it is ridiculous...there is enough food in this world for everyone to have enough, but yet we are being told lies....we are being told that the prices have to go up for this reason and that reason.....it is all part of a bigger plan to eliminate the middle class and they are succeeding....in the near future there will only be extremely poor and extremely rich people. I would be considered middle class and I always did ok for myself with the rise in food prices, I am seeing a difference and it is affecting me in a bid way and it is affecting others I know too.....there is no excuse for what is going on....prices are going up constantly and I dont know how I am going to eat if they keep going up the way they are.....

The recent 20% jump in food prices is ore of an adjustment than actual inflation. The federal government went out of its way to artificially keep food prices low, because the cost of food is how they determine how many people are poor. With so many other economic burdens going on they haven't been able to continue this trend or at least stay ahead of it. You will see it continue probably for the next 15 to 20 years when the price will skyrocket.

I think this is happen in all the world. In my country the price of food go up too.
