I'm a newbie, too, and was wondering about that. It's hard to read everything and know all the rules. I've just been hopping around looking at things and being a little confused. I don't even know how to post a referral link so I'll not make that mistake. Is it permissable to follow a link if it's part of the discussion?

I joijned but really don't understandhow it works. I been answering some really simple question gaining points. Biut explain how they turn into dollars because I don't understand it at all. How do you sell your points?
