I am a little fat,and I love eating fruit a lot.I want to know that what kind of fruit I need to eat if I want to lose weight,thank you~

I think eating fruits there is a very wise choice that one can make since it helps your skin and body metabolism.But one thing that should be kept in mind is that they too have natural sweeteners in them meaning that they too can add horrendous amount of calories if they're not eaten sensibly.What you can do is avoid bananas and grapes since they're very high on sugar.You can try apple since it's a negative calorie fruit which means that while eating it you're burning more calories that what you are consuming through it!!

First always select fruit that you like to eat or you won't keep eating it. Its important that your choice replace something fattening your eating now, so your reducing your calorie intake each day. Each day, I start the day with some fruit, which helps me keep to my goals of eating better and being a healthier person.
Its not easy to lose weight. I had to make a lifestyle change to improve my health. Its important to always eat breakfast. Many times I would skip this meal, as I was always in a hurry. I have a fruit bowl, so can always make a healthy choice when I'm hungry anytime of the day.

Yeah,I heard that you can try to eat nothing but apples for three days and then you will lose a lot of weight,but I don't know whether it is true~

Any fruit is good! Aslong as it replaces fattening foods such as choco bars and crisps. You would have to eat an awful lot of fruit to get fat! Just choose you favourite's and eat them. 5 a day is enough. It's not controling which fruits you eat that will help you loose weight its the other more fattening things in your diet which need to be taken out.

Stay away from the extremely sugary fruits. You can have them just not large amounts. Grape fruit is really good to have it helps speed up you metabolism. Other than that bananas are great! hope that that helps alittle.
