Sorry friends I am not avoiding you or ignoring you!!

Hello Sissygrl!:-) I think you are being hard on yourself. You don't even need to reply to all of friends' discussion even if you have time, let alone apologize for not being able to reply when you were actually in the most important of phases of your life. It would be cruel and unfriendly on your friends' part if they expect that you respond or catchup to their discussions in that condition. You do understand that mylot is secondary activity, you have an important life outside of it. I don't mean to discredit your very friendly and great gesture here, but you need to relax, my friend. It's not an obligation to respond to friends. We do like to hear from you though but when you feel like saying something. Go easy with yourself! PS: Respond to all my discussion though! (Just kidding)

Oh..come on dear, why do you need take so much load on yourself. We are not running a traffic exchange here, where you need to cater to all your friends to retain them on your friends list. Just avoid the flood of e-mails, go to your friends' discussions and respond to those you can. No obligations at all. True friends understand and the fake ones delete you for not attending to them. As simple! Just relax and enjoy yourself.

Sunshine you do not even need to apologize here. We miss you but we shore do understand. you just come talk to us as you can. Soon that baby will be sleeping longer and you might find more time with us. And yes if I am gone any length of time I find I have to do the same thing. of course lately getting notifications has been sporadic. But I use the friends started page very very much. Kiss Sweets.

Oh Sissy, I thank you for reaching my posts, but if I were you, since you do have that little one, delete them and if they were really important they will come back to you later or maybe your friends can tell you which one you would be interested in answering..Don't overdo it..The most i have had was 180 and that was because the notifications were not being sent and then it was duplicated and then my kids got on the computer and that was overwhelming me and I don't have a baby to care for..So unless I feel you should respond or read one of mine, I won't be upset if you delete the notifications of mine..

I was just in the same situation! Don't worry about us here hun! We all know about your beautiful new little one! I would say that most of us will still be around here when you are able to be around!

I'm having this problem right now as I type. Every day I get a dozen notifications but I know I can't physically respond to all of them. (my surgery was a dequervain's tendinitis release, to answer your question for my discussion) and my hand is bandaged so only my fingers and thumb are out and typing too much pulls the skin taut on the top of my hand making it hurt (which isnt even where the surgery was done, but I guess with swelling that will happen) So I have to read everyone's discussions and then decide which ones I can answer the best fastest with the least amount of words. I thought I was doing well until I stumbled into a religious discussion and wrote a book but admittedly that was more the vicodin then me, kind of like now. So I'm not trying to answer everybody but I am reading everybody. My bandages come off on the 15th and my custody hearing is on the 16th. Expect a rant before you wake on the 17th :)

I was thinking that you just changed your Avatar. Wired picture shows under my email notification. I am going to post this picture here. Yes, after 2 days I get to delete at least 30 notifications, because I was not able to answer them all.

Sweety it has happened to me many times - I always do the best I can to catch up and that is without the excuse of a beautiful new baby girl to distract me! lol It is good to have you back and that is all that matters! Right now I have over 200 mails in my inbox - I had friends visiting for the long weekend and that is what happens! lol I am going to do the best i can to catch up but i am so tired I don't know how long it will take! xxxx

It does get overwhelming at times. Don't you worry. It has happened to us all. Besides, you have a new little one. Been there. Done that.I am surprised you have the time or energy. I am sure no one will hold it against you.

It's a normal. When you don't want to read some advise, you think it's no good for you or for other, you can delete it. Because everybody always have a freedom. No one can't oblige you have to do. Do the thing which your conscience agree.

lol..quite a few times...when I have been away for a few days! There would be too many posts to respond to...and just checking which I need to respond to would take time. And then there would be new ones coming up to. I put the ones I need to respond to in a folder and INTEND to respond to them later...but that never happens...so I still have discussions from a couple of months back in the folder that I am yet to respond to!

Hey Sissy no worries I understand. And Im sure everyone else does too. You have alot on your plate right now. And your family is the most important and your health. Dont over work yourself because you will get run down. Hugs!

Congratulations on the arrival of your beautiful daughter. I was just thinking of you, the other day, and wondering how you're doing. I'm sorry, but this is the first discussion I've noticed of your's since your time away. There have been a lot of notification problems here, and as somebody already mentioned, there have been duplicates, and even triplicates. I've been absent too at times, due to health reasons etc., and have had to delete a lot from my in box, that I just could never get to. I know all of your good friends, and everyone else, will understand, so please don't worry about this. Take care.

Don't sweat it. Hey, you got new baby and a toddler to chase after. We all understand and to heck with anybody who doesn't. i hope the new baby gives you a chance to sleep and get some rest. Congrats once again on your new arrivial.

As I am new to this world I haven't come across to such situation.
