Are you happy with your body? If not what would you change?I am going to be 56 years young next week, and besides all the aches and paines!! I am very happy with my body, there is nothing that I would really want to change.I hear alot of people talking about plastic surgury, tummy tucks, face lifts, botox, I do not need any of this.I feel the Lord has been good to me. I am happy with my body. Are you?

You posted a great discussion. I am on a healthy lifestyle change, going into month 2. I am happier with my body now, than I was before I started. I have full confidence that I will be able to take this all the way. I look forward to being your age and being happy with myself and I hope I can feel the same way as you. Thanks for enlightening me today.

That is great, We must all try to take care of our selves. We are all as young as we feel.I have been disabled for over 22 years, but I do not let this get me down, and I still try to keep a positive attitude, and try to take care of myself. I am sure you will take it all the way..You sound like a very beautiful person.

Thank you, I am happy with mine. I do have quit a few big scars from all the surgurys I have had, but they don't even bother me. That is part of life.

I don't think I will every really be happy with my body. There are things that I would like to change but even if i was to go have surgery one day to change those things, then I would be left with scars and I would still be unhappy. I try to focus on the parts of me that I like, when I can and work on the parts that I don't.

Well as long as you are able to work on the parts that you are not so pleased with, they are not quit so bad.

I wouldn't do any of that surgery either but I am always finding something wrong with my body. I wish I was taller, flatter stomach, my thighs to be thinner, smaller head. LOL. But I guess I'll live with what I have.

I can honestly say for the most part i'm semi happy with my body. I'm Happier with it lately after losing alot of weight (i'm still over wieght and told by the dr i need to lose more) Happier because i can do more...more energitic and more able to do things. theres also the things like being happy with my health overall.
I'd never do something like a facelift or botox. I would consider plastic surgery to remove a major scar/scars or laser surgery to remove hair from areas so i dont have to shave but id never do anything drastic.

In general, I am quite happy with my body. If my tummy can be trimmed, it will be better as I will look better in the bikini in the coming summer. So now I am riding the indoor bicycle twice a week to give tummy a bit of exercise and work out. But one thing I am sure that I won’t go for any artificial surgeries. LOL

No I am not happy with my body at all, my last pregnancy really took its toll on my body. I have gone from being proud of it to absolutely hating it. I can no longer wear shorter tops when it is summer, not because I have put weight on but because of sagging skin, so I have to wear tops that cover my belly up, I cannot stand the thought of it showing.

I wish that I could say that I'm completely happy with my body but there are things that I wish that I could change. I developed spider veins on my legs below the knee during my second pregnancy and now I have wardrobe issues during summer because I don't really want to show off my legs!
I also think that if my nose were a little more narrow that my face would be just about perfect. That said, I would never have a nose job because I know that people who do plastic surgery always just find something else after that that they want to change. I recognize that the idea of perfection in a body is just an illusion that cannot be reached by any means. And so, I accept my nose. But I think that I'll be putting cover-up on my legs this year!

I do understand what you are saying about the spider veines. My mother had bad vericose veines years ago, had surgury on them several times. But I am sure your nose is just right for your face.

I think it is hard for people to be really happy with their bodies these days due to magazines/papers/photo shoots using people with such good body that it makes the rest of us who dont have the hour glass figure/big boobs/6 pack and the like feel bad.
Sure ive got a hang up about my body. Id like to loose a little weight and have a flatter stomach, I aint fat or anything, im 5ft 10" and weight 14 stone (90 kg), but my partner is happy with the way I look so I dont really feel the need to change. I would never consider plastic surgery.

Well, I am happy with mine,These magazines do not phase me. I would never want to look like these skinny people, big boobed, etc. they show. They do not look healthy to me. I am healthy looking. I am 5ft 2" and I weigh 150 pounds. As long as your partner is happy, you should be too.

I wish I were a little bit more in shape. My son is 8 months old, he's my first, and I haven't quite gotten back into the groove of regular exerciseing.
But that's all on me to do. Other than that. I love the way I am, and wouldn't change a thing.

I think as long as you are happy and smiling, you don't need to change anything. Happy people look good no matter what they look like.

Well I'm never happy with my body really LOL!! there are always little things here and there that I would improve upon but I'm terrified to go under the knife so I would most likely end up doing nothing but if I could improve upon anything I would have bigger boobs.. LOL!! My friend always tells me that mine are big enough but I honestly don't feel that. LOL! so I would have to say that is the only thing I would seriously change.
