First, your Strawberry Smoothie. You'll need 2 cups of Vanilla Ice Cream, 11/2 cups of Strawberries, 2 tablespoons of Sugar, 2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice, 2 cups of Crushed Ice, and additional strawberries for decoration if you wish. Combine the ice cream with the strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and ice in an electric blender, blending until smooth. Pour into four glasses and decorate with the additional strawberries. Another delicious way of eating strawberries, is to melt down some chocolate, plain or milk, whichever you prefer, in a bowl, over a saucepan of hot, but not boiling water. pour into a dipping bowl, and dip your strawberries into the melted chocolate. You can either leave them until the chocolate sets, or eat them as you dip. Brightest Blessings... enjoy your strawberries.

My daughter is always making smoothies with frozen fruit. She puts them into a blender with yogurt - sometimes vanilla, sometimes fruit flavoured. She may add a banana. I don't think she adds milk though, just yogurt. I don't think smoothies are made with milk. If they had milk in them then they would really be milkshakes.

mmmm... the yogurt sounds good that makes sense too, i guess it should be called a milkshake if its made with milk.... :)

You can throw those into a blender with some milk and either ice cream or a banana.
