I would recommend garlic and plenty of onions together with cold pressed oils and plenty of fish - from clean waters.
I know one woman who took these foods and it helped in a few months. She continues to take them as food supplements from gnld.com and is OK now.
If the gnld supplements are not available in your country, I think the foods will do but it may take some patience and time.
Also lots of fruit and vegetables are important and should be eaten every day.

Get more vitamin C and make sure to increase intake of B complex vitamins as most can help with bloodflow (along with nervous system). I'd also recommend more potassium in the diet, and most certainly reduce sodium and fats. Lifestyle-wise, reduce stress as much as possible, and make sure to get a good amount of sleep.
