I don't think there should be any political partys, just listen to the candidates and decide based on their views, not their party.

cept for the fact that the parties also have agendas and the more ppl of one party are in the government the easier it will be for them to realise their plans...in the end you will have to pay attention to both...

I am neither. I do not think either party represents real people like me. I tend to be moderate, but I feel there is no good representation of what I believe in. I vote for the person, not the party. I think people who only vote a straight ticket are foolish and waste their vote.

I'm an independent also. I think politicians' loyalties should be to the constitution and all Americans and what is right for the greater good of all humanity. Not spreading the agendas of certain groups of people or corporations. But it's our nature to label everything and person. To put them in neat little categories to fit our concepts of what we like or don't like. So we can make quick decisions on people based on how we or others have labeled them.

I'm mostly a Democrat with a few conservative views and ideas. Otherwise I'm a "bleeding heart liberal". ;)

I'm an independent. I vote for the best candidate, not a political party.

I´m not living in the US but if I would I´d be a democrat that´s for sure...republicans scare the sh*t out of me, the way they find logical sounding reasons to limit the freedom of their own citizens, invade other countries etc etc...
They are so proud of spreading democratie but as soon as a democracy arises they do not agree with (like in palestine) they boycot it and refuse to acknowledge them...*shivers*
IMO they are one of the most dangerous political groups on the face of the planet!;)
