Well, I have certain ones who are more active on here that I have done this for, and then the others I do not. Also since my time is limited I would be quite behind if I did everyone. Problem becomes when you have friends you respond to all of the time who never seem to respond back to yours. But I have met many wonderful people here and enjoy being here. Even if I do not always respond to all of my Active friends on here, I do try when I have time to be here. Wishing you the Best.

Honestly, I don't know how's that done. When I approve friends, I just do it and don't really bother about any other options. So I guess, whenever I open my mylot account, their updates do flash in. It does not matter. In fact, I would love to see what happens to them, i.e., what activities have they engaged with in the last few hours.

I turn on all my friends notification. It's very useful, as I rarely post discussions and I am focused on responding other members discussions. By turning on the notification I get discussions to respond straight to my inbox, and I don't have to search for discussions to respond.

i did that at the very beginning and i haven't figured out yet how to get it off and i am not really that worried about it because most of hte time i don't try and answer my friends question...and i mean i know that i should but i just hit the discussions from my interest and i will eventually get to it...i just always delete it whenever i see it in my inbox...thast just what i do though...i m sure we all do differently.. jhl930

I personally just changed my notifications, so that I recieve them from all of my friends. I try to participate as much as possible, regardless of their participation towards my own discussions. If they respond to mine, yay, that's great, but it's not a neccesity in order for me to respond to theirs.

I did have everyones turned on, but then I was getting tons and tons of emails, clogging up my system, so I had to turn them off. I just try to log in everyday and see what everyone has been up to.

I turned all mine on. It doesn't matter if they comment on my posts or not. I want to see if there are any discussions they started that I can comment on. When I look through my email notifications, there are a lot that I have to delete because I know nothing about what they are discussing. But I still like them turned on because I don't want to miss it if there is a good topic I can talk about. The same is true about you. I can only comment on your discussions that I have something to say about. I cannot comment on all of your discussions, but I like to see what you started in my email notifications.
