you have to make your own lasagna by scratch, you make a lasagna sauce, get recipe on internet, because every recipe is different, mine is brown hamburger meat in a big pan, drain add vegetables like mushrooms, celery, onions, green pepper (medium size of each is good) and then add 2 cans of tomato paste (small cans) stir it all together, add large can of tomatoes with juice add spices, what you like on spaghetti sauce like oregano, italian spices, celery salt garlic, Let everything simmer on stove, boil the lasagna noodles until tender drain them, take a big pan, place some lasagna noodles at the bottom, then a layer of sauce, then sprinkle with mozzeralla cheese, then start another layer of lasagna noodles on top, more sauce, mozzeralla cheese keep doing this until you reach the top of the pan, last layer has to be the lasagna noodles then mozzarella cheese puts lots on this last layer, then bake in the oven until cheese is melted, bake at 350 to 400 takes about one half hour

By lasagna sheets I presume your talking about what we here in the US call noodle. Here's a simple way to make it you cook a lb. of ground beef and mix in a jar of spaghetti sauce, put a layer the noodles or sheets in a large baking dish Then a layer of ground beef mixture then a layer of ricotta cheese or cottage cheese, some mozzarella cheeses then a layer of noodles, ground beef mix, ricotta cheese then top with more mozzarella cheese. You can do the noodles uncooked or cooked.

Yes I would say the meat has to be cooked. I don't know what chicken mince is by why not. I would use may a cream of mushroom soup with the water added.
