As far as I know, bananas aren't fattening. They're good for you. They have a lot of potassium in them. Keep eating them & don't worry about it. LOL It's not like they're junk food. They're fruit.

eating banana is good for skins and bones. they make ur skin glossy and shiny. they make ur bones strong. but u should not exeed one. if u eat 4-5 a day u ll surely put on weight as the sugar content in mangoes and bananas is high

bananas have a higher caloric value than some other fruits do but have a lot of great other nutrients that some other fruits lack. Besides the extra calories you get in a banana are good calories. They are not empty calories that you get like in a chocolate bar or in chips.

Bananas don't have fat, but I believe that they do have more calories than other fruits. I came to this conclusion after being on a few diets, and in the servings sections, it always recommended a "small" banana, or half a banana as a serving, where a full apple, pear, peach, etc. was allowed.

Bananas have the same calories as any other fruit, so they shouldn't be more fattening. They probably have more sugar than fruits like apples, though.
Bananas are a good source of potassium, which is an important electrolyte for things like controlling blood pressure, helping the heart function, etc.
