What is your favorite scripture?

Just wanted to know what everyone's favorite scripture is. I have many but the one I like the best is in Jeremiah 29:11 & 13
For I know the plans I have for you, Says the Lord, plans not to harm you but to give you a hope and a future. and when you seek me and seek me with all your heart, you will find me.

PSALMS 91:1-16
Abiding in the Shadow of the Almighty
1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High
shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD,
He is my refuge and my fortress:
my God; in him will I trust.
3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler,
and from the noisome pestilence.
4 He shall cover thee with his feathers,
and under his wings shalt thou trust:
his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night;
nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
6 nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness;
nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
7 A thousand shall fall at thy side,
and ten thousand at thy right hand;
but it shall not come nigh thee.
8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold
and see the reward of the wicked.

13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder:
the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.
14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him:
I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him:
I will be with him in trouble;
I will deliver him, and honor him.
16 With long life will I satisfy him,
and show him my salvation.

Deborah, my sweet, sweet friend. This is one of my favorites too.
How much trouble do we get into when we try to figure out and do things on our own, without His guidance and direction?
Ohmy, it scares me to even think about it.

This is a very comforting verse in the bible.

Oooh, that's one of my absolute favorites for sure!
Even when we haven't got a clue what's going on in our lives, where we'll be tomorrow or how we'll get there, God knows all and will reveal in His time.
Another is the one my friend Deborah mentioned above, Prov 3:5.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding.
I've made such a mess out of most of my life, I need to give every bit of it to God and trust that He knows best.

I love that Jeremiah passage too. But my absolute favorite is, "I can do all things through Christ who strenghtens me." Phil. 4:13.
My birthday is 4/13 and when I was a teen, I searched the whole Bible to see if there were any 13th verses in the 4th chapters that I might claim as my own. The only one I loved was Phil. 4:13.
