Do you believe in ghosts?
if so have you experinced any and what happened etc?
do you think that ghosts are just harmless spirits wondering around or do you think they can be more sinister things and cause harm?
if you are a non believer why?

Yes, I believe in ghosts. I'm not certain what they are, but I do want to find out. I believe most ghosts are residual,and more like a movie playing out over and over than any intelligent haunting. But I have heard enough and seen enough to believe that some ghosts, whatever they are, are intelligent and able to try to interact. I am a member of a paranormal investigation group and have a book about ghost tours, haunted hotels, and paranormal investigation and a website, Ghosttocoast.us that is all about everything ghostly.

oh wow so are you a ghost hunter then?
do you go and stay in the haunted places etc
The thought of spirits really un-nerves me for some reason

I am still fairly new at the investigation end of things and haven't gotten to actually stay in a haunted location yet. I've got to do two short investigations in Savannah, one in Asheville, NC, and several others around Georgia, but I'm still more of an observer and reporter than a participant so far. I hope that's going to change, though. I am fascinated by ghosts and not at all frightened of them.

I believe in ghosts. I have seen one ghost, scared the heck out of me but only because it startled me. I do not think it meant me any harm. I do believe that some may be more "sinister". Hopefully I do not meet one of those.

It was in my friends downstairs apartment that he was trying to rent out. He wanted to show me all the work that he and my boyfriend had done to the place.
I walked into the back bedroom, the light was off, I saw a man with a bowler hat on (an old fashioned hat) walk in front of the window. I knew the figure was in the room, not outside the window, because the window had blinds on it that were down and the black figure blocked out the window blinds.
It's funny becuase when I think back I wasn't scared, my boyfriend was coming into the room right behind me, I was just startled, I thought someone was hiding in the room, then I realized the room was empty.
I must say thought, that I've never went back into that room again.
My friend lives in the upstairs apartment and other friends of mine have said that doors close and rattle for no reason and they've been a little spooked.
This spirit seems harmless enough. It's an old house and he is probably just an old tenant of the house that doesn't want to leave.
If I hadn't had that experience, I don't think I would really believe in ghosts. It really opened my eyes.

ghost? yeah i believe that ghost is exist in this world. they live in the same world as like us but in different dimension time. if you asked me afrain or not about ghost, well i can say that i am not afraid at all cause i believe ghost won't harm us if we don't do something bothering them

i think there are ghosts, spirits, elves, bigfoot, etc etc...
i am interested in topics about paranormal things. i guess it is interesting really to know that there are some things that exist that most have not seen yet... i think though it is possible that they too think we don't exist? he he now i got that all confusing... soweee...
anyways, i have not seen a ghost, but i think i have felt their presence at some point... i know someone who sees ghosts, he says ghosts can be playful too.. sometimes they dont even know you saw them... or something like that.

Although I have never seen one myself I do beleive in them I thin they exist there is just to many unexplained things that have happened to people for there not to be ghosts. I don't beleive they are mean or beleive in stuff like the Ametyville house horror though.

No im a real non believer of all that however im a great believer of my seeing things with your own eyes so maybe if ghosts do exist and I saw one with my own eyes (or rather eye pmsl) then I might be more willing to believe!

Babe if I believed in them id spend half my life frightened of my own shadow its not worth the hassle!
