I know it's difficult to stop if you are used to it but it's not impossible. I have known so many people who trusted Christ as Saviour and Lord and have gone on to successfully quitting smoking. I believe if you have Christ in your heart, you will have all the reason to quit. A wonderful day to you!

I smoke like a freight train too. My husband does also so it is very hard for either one of us to quit. I really do not want to quit smoking though. I have tried to quit a few times before to try and save money, but that didn't help any. I enjoy smoking. I really don't care to go places. I would rather buy things to have to do around my home and continue smoking. Do you really wish to quit?

I know my friends went to the doctor and got a prescription medicine to stop smoking. I forget what it is called but they tell me it really works.
