I'm against abortion. I feel like it is similar to murder even though during the abortion, the embryo hasn't has any heartbeat yet. But still! abortion is a painful process. It's painful to see and painful to feel. Ladies who wants to get rid of unwanted pregnancies should opt for other alternatives. If for some health reason that abortion is needed, that could be excused as the mother could have complications when having the baby but if there's no health complications, why get rid of the innocent being.

What other alternative is there to terminate an unwanted pregnancy?

I completely agree with abortion. No one should ever be forced to endure pregnancy and childbirth against her will. Childbearing is a choice, not an obligation.

I'm a full supporter of abortion and have had to make the very difficult decision to have an abortion several yrs ago....Best choice I could have made at that point in our lives EVEN THOUGH we WANTED the baby and were originally plannign to have it..Things changed and the decision to abort was necessary for all LIVING AND ALREADY BORN ppl involved including my two other children..

I am against abortion too! There are instances when both lives is in danger like a sever medical condition or in an accident, in this case it is more of saving a life. Other than this no one has the right to take a life.

it depends and basically,i'm against it,coz the new life is innocent and we can't take his right of survival.while in the case that the new baby's coming is unwelcome,my suggestion is let him come next time.

I really think it's down to the woman to decide if she wants an abortion or not and for what reason. In my opinion it's better for the pregnancy to be terminated rather than bring a child into this world and not give it the love it deserves.

I am definitely, 100% against it! Abortion is murder, no matter how you put it. Even if you have a "valid" reason, like, a woman got raped and didn't really wanted to get pregnant, still, the child growing inside her has the right to live. Abortion is never really a solution. It's an added problem for I am sure all those women who aborted and / or abandoned their child will realize sooner or later that they're the one hurting about what they did. The emotional trauma and psychological turmoil they have to bear will haunt them endlessly.

Well, I beleive it is a personal choice. If it were me that got pregnant, I would not get an abortion. I don't think I could ever do that. But if it were someone else (a friend or perfect stranger) and they wanted an abortion I wouldn't hate them for it. Its up to them, and I would not judge them for their personal discission. I think it is good that we all have a choice. I don't think choosing to have an abortion makes you a bad person either. There are alot worse things a person can do, and get away with. But of course, this is a very controversial subject, with many different views and opinions.

Yes I respect that. But don't you think it should be the decision of both partners?

I'm not really sure what I am to be honest. Looking at my four beautiful children I know that for me abortion is wrong. I couldn't do it. But I also believe very strongly that I have no right to push my views onto somebody else. What's right for me may not be right for someone else. And I have no right to play judge jury and executioner for someone else making a decision that they believe is right for them. One day they will be held accountable for their actions and their decisions, but it's not up to me to do so.

I am Pro-Choice all the way, I thank the lord that option is still available for women out there. Look at the alternative, my grandmother was around during the pre RoeVWade days and she can tell you some stories of raising $500 for her friend who needed an abortion and riding her bike with her to the city, just to watch her go into a dirty shack and all she could do was pray she would walk out as healthy as she walked in. The problem is...the government can make abortions illegal again, but women will still have abortions, unsafe abortions and women will die. If you don't believe in the right to choose, then don't choose to have an abortion, but leave that as an option for those who need to have an abortion.
