I go to bed at 10.30 p.m. and get up at 5.30 a.m. It is always better to maintain the time, so that one will get the sleep at a given time.

On weeknights, I'm usually in bed by 10:30 or 11:00. That alarm goes off at 5:30, so I'm tired pretty early!

It varies. Sometimes I'm nocturnal and stay up til 9am, sometimes I'm in bed by 8pm *shrug*
